Kerala's Home Minister is honoured at Pondicherry

Mr. K.M.Mani visited Pondicherry when he was the Home minister of Kerala. He is being honoured by the then Kerala Samajam President in the presence of Mr. Valsaraj, Pondicherry's Health Minister.
