On our, onward journey
to the brighter side of life,
we leave our shadows
to follow us from behind.
On our reaching
the brightest peak of life,
we leave our shadows
beneath our feet.
On our return journey
to our starting point,
our shadows lead us
moving ahead of us.
Darkness we come from
And brightness we are born into.
Our lives too blink bright and dark
And we walk into our shadows on our return.
